Any visit is recorded on PDAs and available to clients automatically with calls being booked online. Training Our carpenters, joiners, plumbers, electricians and decorators are trained at the top of their profession. We have an ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) programme in place to ensure our engineers’ skills are continually reviewed and updated. They have a strong work-ethic and are committed to making sure each job is completed to a high standard and to each clients branding requirements. Client Relationship Management (CRM) We believe communication is a vital part of providing a good maintenance service. As part of our preventative contracts we design monthly, and/or quarterly review meetings to ensure we are adapting to the business needs and maintaining high standards.
