Certain maintenance issues don’t require immediate attention, and some do. We work with our clients to decide which items should be covered as routine maintenance, and which require an urgent response. Then we agree a contract accordingly. We provide an itemised list of work undertaken allowing you to control costs against individual P&L and budgets helping to analyse cost breakdowns against area fascia or individual stores.

We provide multi skilled engineers which allow issues to be dealt with in one visit. Our service is successful because we care about your brand as much as we do our own. Each client has dedicated resource that understands your business.

Reactive Maintenance

We provide a 24/7 reactive maintenance service that complements our scheduled maintenance offering and engineers can be on site promptly to minimise disruption, limit damages and solve problems quickly.

Our reporting tools provide increased transparency for clients and ensure close monitoring of maintenance needs.

Small Refurbishments

Due to our shop-fitting heritage we can provide clients with small refurbishments which include store relocations, concession fit-outs, and decorations including shop front overhauls.
